Why I wrote an anxiety guidebook and companion journal

I wrote Beneath the Noise as both a counselor and a fellow traveler — for anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed by the clamor of anxiety or the constant pull to be “more.” These pages were born out of my own struggles and search for peace, as well as the calming practices I've taught and used in counseling sessions. They offer gentle, faith-centered ways to come home to yourself, one breath and one truth at a time.
